Wine Salad Dressing

1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup Dry Red Wine
2 Tbsp. canola oil
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper


Place all indredients into container - use an electric hand mixer and whip until well mixed.
