This fining agent works super fast - as quick as 24 hours! This superior fining agent is a great way to clear up even stubborn wines. It contains 2 pre-mixed pouches, kieselsol and chitosan. It works by creating both strong negative strong positive charges in the wine, which allow for larger yeast clumping and faster clearing. One pouch is sufficient to clear a 5 or 6 gallon carboy. Works on both white and red wines.
