Orders are shipped via UPS or Priority Mail. You will be given options of Ground and Priority at the time of check out. Priority Mail is recommended for light weight and smaller items. We do not ship anything over 10 lbs via Priority Mail.
Most orders placed by 3 pm EST time will ship out the same day. Check out the UPS Shipping Map
to calculate how many days it will take for UPS to deliver your item(s). If we are out of stock of any item you ordered, we will notify you right away. Priority Mail usually arrives 2-3 days, however, this method is not guaranteed and is usually slower during holiday season.
If you purchased merchandise from us and wish to return it, you must call our customer service department at 716-686-9969 or send us an email. We will gladly refund your money or replace the item. We do not refund shipping charges unless we shipped you merchandise that you did not order.
If your order weighs more than 100 pounds, your shipping charges will not be calculated at checkout. We will send you an email notifying you of shipping charges. We keep our prices very competitive and, unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping. As with anything, nothing is ever free. Businesses who offer free shipping usually build that cost into their prices.
All shipping charges are estimated. In most cases the shipping charges are correct, however, if the shipping charges are higher or lower, we will make an adjustment to your credit card. If the amount changes by a substantial amount, we will notify you immediately before we process your order.
Let's Do Wine goes Green!!! In our effort to protect our planet, our shipping department has discontinued using packing peanuts, styrofoam, and bubble wrap (we only recycle it). We now use recycled paper for our packaging needs. We also re-use boxes in every effort to not only recylce but to save money. Because when WE save money, YOU save money.Return Policy
Our goal is to make our customers happy and satisfied with their purchase. If you have purchased an item either at our physical store or online and wish to return the merchandise, we will happily refund your money within 30 days of your purchase. No receipt, no problem! We will simply give you a gift card for the amount of the returned item. Sorry we are unable to refund money on opened/used merchandise. If a product is found defective, we will replace the item.Substitution Policy
We make every attempt to fulfill every order to our best ability. However, some items are not always the exact same size, color, or design (e.g. our preprinted labels change designs and graphics periodically or our shrink foils also have various color changes). We reserve the right to make substitutions. We, of course, would never send you a Merlot in place of a Shiraz! Or a send you a 5/16" hose instead of a 3/8". But we may substitute a green foil instead of a dark green one.
